Elante Mall, Chandigarh had organized a Gatka performance on the eve of Baisakhi 2015 by an expert Sikh Organization. The performance was held in the courtyard area of the mall and drew huge crowds.
A special area was en-marked for the performance and audience was made to stand at a distance due to safety reasons. People were seen clapping and shouting during the performance. The area was filled with positive energy as everyone was cheering for the participants. People were amazed by various successful stunts performed by the Gatka team.
Elante Mall has been decked up in Punjabi style to celebrate the festival of Baisakhi. Moreover, this also marks the 2nd anniversary of the Mall. Apart from Gatka, more performances like Bhangra, Giddha, Fashion Show etc have also been lined up for the 4 day Baisakhi Mela at Elante.
