ESIC Recruitment 2018: On 7th September 2018, Employee State Insurance Corporation, Delhi (ESIC) released the official notification and started the process of online applications for the SSO posts. The candidates who haven’t applied yet for the vacancy of SSO in ESIC can check the official notification and then fill the application form online. Here are the details and examination pattern for the ESIC Recruitment 2018 exam.
ESIC Recruitment 2018 – Examination Scheme
For the selection of candidates, ESIC will conduct the exam in three Phases – Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3. The Phase 1 and the Phase 2 exam are the CBT exams and Phase 3 is a Computer Skill and Descriptive test. Phase 1 is the Preliminary Exam, Phase 2 is the Main Exam. In the Prelims Exam for the ESIC Recruitment 2018, there will be total 100 questions of 100 marks and time will be 60 minutes to attempt’.
The questions in the Prelims exam will be from the English Language (30 questions of 30 marks), Reasoning Ability (35 questions of 35 marks), and Quantitative Aptitude (35 questions of 35 marks). The Reasoning and Aptitude Test will be Bilingual version. After the Prelims Exam, ESIC will conduct the Main Exam. The Main Exam will have total 150 questions of 200 marks and time will be 2 hours.
In the ESIC Recruitment 2018 Main Exam, the questions will be from Reasoning/Intelligence (40 questions of 60 marks and time duration of 35 minutes), General Insurance Awareness (40 questions of 40 marks and time duration of 20 minutes), English Language (30 questions of 40 marks and time duration of 30 minutes) and Quantitative Aptitude (40 questions of 60 marks and time duration of 35 minutes). The questions of Reasoning, General Awareness and Aptitude will be in Bilingual version.
After the Prelims and Main Exam, the Computer Skill Test and Descriptive Test will be conducted. The Computer Skill Test for the ESIC Recruitment 2018 will be of 50 marks while the Descriptive Paper will also be of 50 marks. The Descriptive Test will have total 2 questions and candidates will have to attempt it in the English language.

Employee State Insurance Corporation, Delhi has started the process of filling the application form on 7th September 2018. The process of online application for the ESIC Recruitment 2018 will close on 5th October. As of now, there are no details regarding the exam dates.
