Xiaomi TV in India will be soon a reality as the company is in talks with Reliance JIO to sell the smart TV line up through its retail stores. The company had already expressed its interest in expanding its product catalogue in India and the strategic partnership between the Telecom Company will give them the much needed head start. Xiaomi currently sells the Mi TV 4, Mi TV 3S Curved and Mi TV 3S along with the Mi Box which is essentially a media streaming device with Android TV functionality. We expect all these Xiaomi TVs for India which cost a fraction of the price compared to Smart TVs by other manufacturers.

Reliance JIO is all set to bring Xiaomi TVs to India and we expect the most popular models like Mi TV 4, Mi TV 3S and Mi TV 3S Curve to come along. These TVs are smart products and come with built in WiFi support so you can connect and watch your favourite content without needing an external device to stream content to your TV. These Xiaomi TVs in India will probably come with Android Operating System but the company will add its own UI layer on top.
Xiaomi has been pricing its products very competitively and the growing smart phone sales are proof that it has successfully been able to beat its rivals. With Xiaomi TV India, the company will be looking to play with the same strategy and price its TVs lower than the Smart TVs from established companies like Sony and Samsung which have been around longer in the Indian market.

The recently announced Mi Box 4 too may join the line up of Xiaomi TV in India and try to take a modular approach. The Mi Box 4 is basically a media streaming device with Android TV functionality built in. With support for apps like Netflix and YouTube you can watch the desired content right from these services and you can also download other apps from the Play Store itself. There is 2 GB of RAM and 8GB inbuilt storage which can be expanded via USB. The price of the Mi Box 4 in China is around 2500 Rupees but we expect it to be priced a little higher when it comes to along with other Xiaomi TV in India.
