It was reported that the gas balloon blast took place at a function in Chandigarh in sector 34. According to the report, the Gas balloon blast happened in Chandigarh in sector 34 opposite the gurdwara ground. The Gas balloon blast in Chandigarh has left around 15 persons injured who had come to attend a private function that was organised by one of the academic institutes in sector 34, Chandigarh.
As per the report, those 15 people who were injured in the gas balloon blast in Chandigarh had come to attend the annual function of Allen Career Institute. The annual function was underway when the gas balloon blast happened on the ground opposite the gurdwara in Sector 34.

The reports have revealed that among those 15 people who were injured during the gas balloon blast a majority of them were the former students of the Allen Career institute situated in Sector 34, Chandigarh. The former students of the institute were invited here in Chandigarh to be a part of the annual celebrations. The former students of the institute were releasing hot air balloons when the gas balloon blast took place.
The gas balloon blast spread panic in the surrounding as the sound of the gas balloon blast was very loud. The injured students, as well as other attendants, were immediately rushed to the Government Medical College and Hospital in Sector 32, Chandigarh.
The injured were given first aid at Sector 32, Chandigarh and now their condition is reported to be stable. The police officials have stated that the team is investigating to find the exact reason of the gas balloon blast. As of now, the police have not been able to get close to the clue that led to the gas balloon blast accident that happened in sector-34, Chandigarh.

Though the victims had a narrow escape yet most of the attendees had a horrifying experience. Most of the injured persons have suffered injuries on their hands. Few injured have also suffered injuries on their neck as well as their dace. No serious injury has been reported so far because of the gas balloon blast accident that happened in sector-34, Chandigarh.
