A Girl Steals Mobile Phone From Boys PG in Chandigarh

The crime rate in Chandigarh has risen to this level that every day we keep listening to one or the other incident about theft, murder, brawls and suicide.

Recently, an unusual case of theft in the city came into the limelight where a girl stole a mobile by entering into the PG of boys in the broad daylight.

Where did the theft took place

The incident took place in the posh sector 15 of Chandigarh, where a girl with covered face and holding a knife in her hand was witnessed going out by the daughter of the PG’s landlord. On inquiring the masked girl, she told the witness that she had come to see the PG accommodation and then left in a car.

How was the mobile phone stolen

As per the witness, the girl had entered into the boys PG and had allegedly stolen the mobile phones of one of its occupants while he was sleeping. The victim who is a student of DAV College of Chandigarh came to know about the theft when he woke up. He was taken aback when his landlord told that a girl who had allegedly come to his room, stole his mobile phone.

The victim confirmed that nothing else is missing from the spot and had reported the case of theft to the police of Sector 11 Chandigarh.

So, all the people of Chandigarh, stay alert and agile. Watch out for any trespassers or unidentified people entering your property either you have sublet your house or you put up alone.
