Google has launched an app named Aero in India to cater to restaurant delivery and home services. This is the first time that Google is entering the business of food delivery and home services in India. However, the new app by Google- Aero is an accreditor that provides services through other startups in the domain.
Google had last week launched its Google Play Music app for its subscribers who love to listen to music at comparatively less price than its competitors like Gaana, Saavn, Wink and Hungama. Now Google is ready with its new restaurant delivery and home services app– Aero that will be initially operational in Bangalore and Mumbai.
Highlights of Aero app by Google
- Google Aero app work as an aggregator for the users to find restaurants nearby and order food or fix appointments with local electricians, painters, cleaners, plumbers, and others.
- It has various payment gateways including debit card, credit card, net banking, or cash on delivery (CoD).
- As of now, the Google Aero is for free and is operational as a pilot project in India other than the US.

Google is not the only company that caters to the needs of restaurants delivery and home services. Swizzy, Zomato, Amazon and others are also great players in this field. The Aero app will enable its users, to get the hassle free services done with just a touch on the smartphones.
