Gujarat Diamond Merchant Gifts 600 Cars As Diwali Bonus To Staff

Surat-based billionaire diamond trader Savji Dholakia is familiar all over for distributing over-the-top gifts to his staffs on the occasion of Diwali. And during 2018 as well, keeping with custom, the well-known personality does not upset. The billionaire gifted 600 cars to his company’s staff on Thursday. His company named Hare Krishna Exports is a renowned diamond firm. According to Savji Dholakia, Hare Krishna Export will pay gifts worth around Rs 50 crore under the loyalty programme in the year 2018.

Skill India Incentive Ceremonial Occasion

It is for the first time that at a prominent event – “Skill India Incentive Ceremony” in the national capital, country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, gave away the keys of the new vehicles to four staff members, comprising a disabled female staff member. Savji Dholakia shared a special message on the most popular social networking site Facebook along with an image of PM Modi.

Renault KWID and Maruti Suzuki Celerio To Employees As Bonus

In his message, Mr Dholakia stated that approximately 1700 diamond artists along with engineers have been presented the special gifts as part of their loyalty bonus programme for their staff. During the year 2018, the diamond polishers, as well as engineers working with the well known group, will get Renault KWID and Maruti Suzuki Celerio cars respectively.

What staff members got during 2014, 2015 & 2016

The world-famous personality said that the on-road value of Renault KWID and Maruti Suzuki Celerio stands at Rs. 4.4 lakh and Rs. 5.38 lakh, respectively. There are approximately 5,500 people working with the company and amongst them, 4,000 people have already got their Diwali bonus. During the year 2016, Mr. Dholakia had gifted around 400 apartments and 1,260 vehicles as Diwali’s additional benefit to his staff members. In addition, during the year 2015, he handed over around 491 cars and 200 flats as gifts to his employees. But, such extravagant gifts got skipped during the year 2017. During the year 2014, Savji Dholakiya had given 500 Fiat Punto cars to staff as gifts.

As per reports, the diamond trader, who comes from Amreli in Saurashtra area, had commenced his profession with a small loaning sum from his relative.
