Nursery Admission Criteria:

A child seeking to secure a seat in Gurukul Global School, Chandigarh should have completed 3 years as on 31st March 2017.

Total No. of Seats in Nursery at Gurukul Global School, Chandigarh = 50
50% for applicants who have siblings already studying in Chandigarh’s Gurukul Global School.
Some percentage of seats are reserved for children of Staff of Gurukul Global School, Chandigarh.
25% seats are reserved for the EWS Category residing in the Union Territory of Chandigarh, for at least last 3 years.

Once the preference and reserved seats are filled, for the rest of the seats draw of lots will be conducted to grant the remaining rest seats to the eligible candidates.

Admission Form:

The admission process of Gurukul Global School in Chandigarh begins by downloading the registration form from the School website i.e www.gurukulglobal.com. One can also collect the admission form from the School. The form is available absolutely free of cost.

Filling of the Admission Form:

Once the form has been collected from the School or downloaded, it is very necessary to fill it with full concentration in order to ensure that the application is not rejected. Incorrect information/incomplete form will lead to cancellation of application.

Required Documents for Nursery Admission

The next step, after filling up of the form consists of attaching the required documents with the admission form of the Gurukul Global School, Chandigarh. The documents that are necessary to be attached with the filled admission forms are as below-

Depositing the Admission Form in Gurukul Global School, Chandigarh

Once the form has been filled and the required documents have been attached to the form, one has to submit the form at the School reception till mid of December. Along with the filled admission form, one also has to submit a registration fee of Rs. 100. Original copy of Birth Certification and Aadhar Card would be required during the time of registration for the purpose of verification.

Important Dates:

List of eligible candidates will be displayed in the 3rd week of January next year.

Draw of lots will be conducted within 7 days after the list of eligible candidates is out.

Name of selected candidates will be displayed on the school’s website as well as on the notice board in the third week of January.

Gurukul Global School, Chandigarh – Fee Structure

The fee of Gurukul Global School, Chandigarh has to be paid on quarterly basis.

Admission Fee (Non-refundable): Rs. 60,000

Caution Money (Refundable): Rs 5000

Quarterly Fee: Rs. 18,630

*Those who wish to pay the quarterly fee for the whole year together will get a 5% concession

Gurukul Global School also provides concession under various categories like:

Sibling Child: waiver of 20% on admission fee (at the time of admission)
Single mother having a single girl child: waiver of 20% on School fee
Sibling Girl Child: waiver of 10% in School fee

Fee has to be deposited at the School Accounts Department via cheque, in favour of Gurukul Global School, within 3 days of the selection for admission in the School.
