Twitter and Facebook of CM of Haryana

Manohar Lal Khattar has one facebook and two official twitter accounts with the approx followers of 6.5 Lakhs. It is expected that with the coming of the project the numbers will rise. Following the trend external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj and Rail minister Suresh Prabhu, Khattar has also decided to help the people of Haryana via social media.

With the help of social media, more and more people can file a complaint against their problems and the concerned department will actively resolve the issue. Although many states have been reaching out people through social media, but Haryana will be the one such state that will provide a technical to monitor the grievances received by the CM on social media.

And the working process

The process of the project is very much simple and time effective. Chief Minister of Haryana will receive the grievances from the citizen of Haryana and further, it will be moved to the concerned department.

  • People just have to tag the grievances in the official social media account of Haryana’s CM Manohar Lal Khattar.
  • Tech-savvy people will handle the project and will act as a single window system.
  • All the problems that will be raised on the social media account, will be monitored till it will be solved.
  • Even the reaction time of the field staff will also be measured for the same.

Haryana Government has moved ahead of all the other states in terms of ensuring to resolve the problem of citizens in minimum time. As of now, it is just in talking terms and the reality will be revealed once the project will start working on 15th May 2017.
