Haryana Government Signs 5 MoUs With Singapore Based Company For Developing The State

Haryana government has been working seriously towards the development of the state as they have signed 5 agreements with a Singapore-based company. The Haryana government plans to attract Rs. 18,000 crore investment.

Manohar Lal Khattar, the Chief Minister of Punjab said that different companies will study the aspects of investing in the upcoming projects. The government will be in the development of the infrastructure in the state.

Haryana Government Signs Agreements With A Singapore-Based Company 

The Haryana government have signed five MoUs with a Singapore Based Company worth Rs. 18,000 crore. The government officials met 100 businessmen from Singapore at the venue. The Haryana government signed 5 MoUs with:

  • YCH Logistics for Logistics projects
  • Meinhardt Group
  • Ascendas Singbridge for Townships/Logistics parks development
  • Equity investor Equis Energy
  • Adonis for Wellness projects

Raja Sekhar Vendru, the director of Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corp Ltd along with the officials from five companies signed the MoUs.

 Haryana All Set To Become A Developed State

Manohar Lal Khattar, the Chief Minister of Haryana said that their aim is to make Haryana a competitive state on an international level. He also said that they want that Haryana should be a corporate capital, industrial, residential, entertainment destination. Haryana will be a “Destination Haryana” in the coming future. He highlighted the things that will make the state successful:

  • Good Governance
  • Empowerment
  • Partnerships
  • Creativity
  • Political Will
  • Clear Vision

The Singapore-based Meinhardt Group has signed a three-year agreement with the state. They will be studying the proposed development for atlas 3-4 months and then would start the development process. Under the MoUs, Aviation Hub, Smart Cities and Industrial Townships would be developed.

The CEO of Ascendas Singbridge said that their main reason for choosing Haryana was that they know the state has potential and is also a fast growing state in the country.

Internation Enterprise Singapore aims to develop Faridabad, Gurugram and Karnal in the coming future.

The Executive Director of YCH Group said that they will be expanding in India, they will be developing supply chain solutions and warehousing assets. The YCH Group working with International Enterprise Singapore and Haryana Government.
