To maintain law & order in the state, the Haryana government suspended mobile internet, SMS & dongle services in several Haryana districts. It has been reported that the mobile data, dongle and SMS services will remain suspended for the next three days starting from November 24. The move comes in view of two public rallies that are scheduled on November 26 in different districts of Haryana by a Jat body and ruling Kurukshetra MP from BJP.
Haryana Government suspends Mobile internet, SMS and dongle services in 13 Haryana Districts
Mobile internet, SMS and dongle services have been suspended in more than 10 districts in Haryana. As per the order, to prevent any disorder of peace and public order in the districts of the Haryana jurisdiction, the mobile internet and SMS services will stay suspended for three days. Under the order that came into force yesterday, to suspend Mobile internet, SMS and dongle services in over 10 districts of Haryana will stay in force until midnight of November 26.

It has been reported that mobile internet services have been suspended in about 12 districts of Haryana ahead of the two public rallies on November 26 scheduled at Jassia in Rohtak district and at Jind. The report mentions that only voice call facility will be available on mobile networks and there will be no mobile internet services in the below-mentioned districts of Haryana.
Mobile internet services have been suspended in the territorial jurisdiction of districts of Bhiwani, Jind, Hansi, Kaithal, Jhajjar, Fatehabad, Hisar, Sonipat, Panipat, Rohtak, Karnal and Charkhi Dadri. Mobile internet, SMS and shall remain suspended for the next three days until midnight of November 26 that began on November 24.
This is why the mobile related services except voice calls have been suspended
It has been mentioned in the order that there is a probability of causing tension, obstruction, annoyance or injury to persons, besides the danger to human life and property in the state. As per the order, during the two public rallies on November 26 scheduled at Jassia in Rohtak district and at Jind, damage of public peace and harmony within the jurisdiction of the state of Haryana by anti-social elements besides the agitators/ protestors is expected hence as a precautionary measure the Haryana government has suspended Mobile internet, SMS and dongle services in more than 10 districts in Haryana.
