Hero Motocorp is all set to launch an all-new adventure bike – XPulse 200 soon. It has been reported that the automaker will be launching the adventure bike by the middle of 2018. The new adventure bike – XPulse 200 by Hero Motocorp was recently showcased at the 2018 EICMA motorcycle show in Milan and it is likely that the company may showcase the new adventure bike at the upcoming 2018 Auto Expo in Delhi.

The XPulse 200, Hero Motocorp’s adventure motorcycle is reported to be powered by a 200cc four-stroke engine. It is being expected that the new engine will be lifted off the Xtreme 200S. Adding more to the motorcycle enthusiasts craze, the automaker will be launching the Xtreme 200S by next month in India. According to the report, Hero Motocorp is expected to unveil the Xtreme 200S by end of December or beginning of next year.
Specification of the XPulse 200 launching soon in India
Hero Motocorp had showcased the new bike – Xpulse recently at the EICMA motorsport show in Milan as a concept. It is reported that the automaker might retain the same name in the production version of the two-wheeler.
It has been revealed in one of the reports that the 200cc engine in the Hero XPulse produces approximately 20 Bhp of peak power and 18 Nm of peak torque. The engine will come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
Features, Price and expected launch date of Hero XPulse
The new two-wheeler is expected to weigh about 140 Kgs and with a nice power output, coupled with an expected rugged frame, the XPulse will be a suitable two-wheeler for most of the Indian terrains.
The bike will come loaded with disc brakes on both the front as well as the rear wheel. Ther is a chance that the two-wheeler maker might offer ABS on the bike as an option. The XPulse 200 is expected to be priced somewhere between Rs. 1.1 to 1.2 lakh which will make it an affordable adventure bike in the country. The XPulse 200 by Hero Motocorp is likely to be positioned below Royal Enfield Himalayan but will surely give a competition to the adventure bike.
