HPCL Recruitment 2019: Last year Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) released an official notification for the Officers Posts on the basis of the GATE 2019 score. The notification was released after the GATE 2019 online application process begins last year. And now, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has started the procedure of filling the application form for the Officer Posts.

HPCL Recruitment 2019 – Important Details
Starting Date & Last Date: The procedure of filling the application form for the post of Officer in HPCL via GATE Exam 2019 started on 15th January 2019. The candidates can fill the application form till the 15th February 2019 as it is the last date to apply. The GATE Exam 2019 will be conducted next month and the result will be out in March.
Eligibility: These vacancies are for the Mechanical, Chemical and Civil Branch. The candidates who have completed the 4-year full-time Engineering Degree in the Mechanical, Chemical or Civil trade can apply for the HPCL Recruitment 2019. Mechanical GATE Paper Code is ME, Chemical GATE paper code is CH and Civil GATE Paper code is CE. The candidates with the other degree except the mentioned are not eligible to apply.
The candidates in the final year of the degree can apply for the post and if selected they will have to produce the final mark sheet by 31st August 2019. The minimum marks for the General and OBC NC required is 60% while for the SC/ST/PWD category it is 50%. The maximum age limit is 25 years for the General Category. There is an age relaxation for the SC/ST/OBC NC/ PWD category candidates.
Selection Process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of the GATE 2019 marks. The candidates can apply for the post in only one discipline only. On the basis of the GATE score card 2019, the candidates will be called for the further selection process. The selection process for the post of Officer will include the Group Task/Group Discussion or Personal Interview.
Application Fee: The application fee for the candidates who pay with the debit card is Rs 236. The candidates paying with the credit card or via Bank Voucher will have to pay Rs 271 as application fee for the HPCL Recruitment 2019.
