HPTET 2018 Exam: Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education will soon release the notification for the HPTET 2018 exam. The HPTET exam is the teacher Eligibility test exam and the HPSSSB (Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board) conducts the exam annually for the recruitment of candidates for the post of teachers in the state. The HPTET exam is conducted for the selection of candidates for class Ist to Fifth and as Primary Teachers and class VI to VII as Upper Primary teachers. HPTET 2018 Exam Application Process & Fee
The online notification for the HPTET 2018 exam is not out yet and candidates will have to wait for the official notification for the HPTET exam 2018. The notification will be out soon and candidates are advised to stay tuned with the board website for the information, The notification will be released on the official website of Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education i.e www.hpbose.org.
The HPTET 2018 exam notification will be available online as soon as it is released. The application fee for the General Category candidates is Rs.800 and for reserved category candidates i.e OBC/ST/SC and PHH the application fee is Rs.500.
HPTET 2018 Exam Eligibility & Education Qualifications
According to the Recruitment and Promotion rules the age limit will be solely defined by the appointing authority. This will be done at the time of appointment. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PHH categories will get up to 5 percent of age relaxation.
Education Qualifications – For the post of TGT Arts the education qualifications are BA /B.com with an aggregate of 50% marks, Senior Secondary minimum least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor in Elementary Education. For the post of TGT Medical, the educational qualifications are B.Sc with at least 50%, 1 year of Bachelor in Education & 4 Years of Bachelor in Elementary education/B.Sc (Medical). For the post of TGT Non-Medical, B.Sc (NM) with minimum 50% marks & 1 year of Bachelor in Education.
For the post of Shastri, candidates must have Shastri degree with at least 50% marks. For the post of language, teacher candidates must have BA with Hindi as an elective subject and also 2 years diploma in Elementary education. For the post of Junior Basic Training post, 50% marks in 10th and 12th, JBT certificate course. For the Punjabi Language and Urdu language, teacher post candidates must have Punjabi/Urdu as an elective subject and 2 years diploma in Elementary education.
HPTET 2018 Admits Card And Result Date
The board will release the admit cards for the HPTET exam 15 days prior to the exam date. Candidates can download and get there admit cards from the HP Board official website. The result of the exam will also be declared on the official website.
