HSSC Recruitment 2018: The online application process for the post of SI (Sub-Inspector) and Constable in Haryana Police has started from 28th April. Haryana Staff Selection Commission has invited online application for the post of Sub Inspector and Constable from male and female candidates. HSSC Recruitment 2018 – Selection Process
The Selection Process for the candidates for the post of Sub Inspector and Constable, there will be a Knowledge test followed by PST (Physical Standard Test) and PMT (Physical Measurement Test). Candidates who will qualify the HSSC Knowledge Test will go for PST and candidates who will qualify the PST will go for PMT.
Knowledge Test: For the selection of SI and Constable, there will be Knowledge test first. This test will have 80% weightage of the qualifying process. All the candidates will have to undergo this test. The knowledge test will have 100 questions of 80 marks (MCQ). Each question will carry 0.80 marks. There will be no negative marking for any wrong answer. The time duration of the test will be 90 minutes. This Knowledge test will have questions from General Studies, Current Affairs, General Reasoning, Mental Ability and Numerical Ability, and other relevant fields.
PST (Physical Standard Test): All those candidates who will clear the Knowledge test will have to undergo the PST (Physical Standard Test). The candidates for Haryana Staff Selection Commission will undergo the PST, which is qualifying in nature. In this test, the physical fitness and endurance will be tested. For male candidates, the test distance is 2.5 Kilometer in 12 minutes, for female candidates, the test distance is 1 kilometer in 6 minutes. For Ex-Serviceman, the test distance is 1 kilometer in 5 minutes.
PMT (Physical Measurement Test): At last there will be a PMT (Physical Measurement Test). All the candidates who will qualify the PST will go for the PMT (Physical Measurement Test). All the candidates who fail to meet the standards in the PMT will be eliminated. There will be 10% weightage of Additional qualification and 10% weightage for Miscellaneous. Haryana Staff Selection Commission Started the online application process for the post of SI and Constable on 28th April. the last date for the online application is 28th May. All candidates who want to apply for the HSSC SI & Constable recruitment 2018 are advised to fill the application form on or before the last date. the last date for the payment of fees is 30th may.
