HSSC Recruitment 2018: Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released an official notification and invited online application from the eligible candidates for various posts under the Group D Recruitment. HSSC Recruitment 2018 – Important Dates

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission released the official notification regarding the Group D posts on 26th August 2018. The process of filling and submission of the application started on 29th August. The last date to fill the application form for the Group D posts in Haryana SSC is 18th September and the closing date of submission of application fee is 21st September 2018. Candidates are advised not to wait for the last date and apply as soon as possible.

HSSC Recruitment 2018 – Other Important Details

Application Fee: For the General Category male candidates, the application fee is Rs.100 and for the female candidates of the general category the application fee is Rs.50. The application fee for the SC/BC category male candidates is Rs.50 and the application fee for female candidates is Rs.25. There is no application fee for the PWD candidates.

Vacancies: As per the official notification released by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, there are total 18218 vacancies for Group D posts. These vacancies are divided as category wise. For the General Category, there are total 8312 vacancies in HSSC. For the SC Category, there are total 4245 vacancies in HSSC. For the BCA Category, there are 3345 vacancies and for the BCB category, there are total 2316 vacancies. Out of the total vacancies, 4% of the total seats are reserved for the PWD candidates.

Selection Criteria: The candidates will be selected on the basis of the performance in the written exam and the Socio-Economic Criteria and Experience. For the written examination, the maximum marks are 90 and 10 marks are for the Economic Criteria and Experience.

The written examination as per Staff Selection Commission will have 75% weightage for the General Awareness, Reasoning, Science, Maths, Hindi, English and 25% weightage for the History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Culture of Haryana and Environment.
