HSSC Recruitment 2019 For JE | Starting Date, Last Date, Application Fee, Vacancies & Other Important Details

HSSC Recruitment 2019: On the 7th of January this year, the Haryana Staff Selection Commission released an official notification for the post of Junior Engineer posts. The Commission invites application from the candidates for the direct recruitment for the post of JE (Junior Engineer). Here are some of the important details regarding the HSSC Recruitment 2019.

HSSC Recruitment 2019 – Details

Starting Date: As of now, the Haryana Staff Selection Commission has only released the official notification and the procedure of filling the application form will begin from next month. The candidates can fill the application form from 4th February 2019 onwards. The link will remain active to fill the application form till 11:59 pm on 5th March 2019.

Application Fee: The fee is Rs 150 for the Male and Female General Category candidates and other state candidates. For the female candidates of Haryana, the examination fee is Rs 75. The male candidates of SC/BC category of Haryana will have to pay Rs 35 as examination fee while the female candidates will have to pay Rs 18 as application fee. The last date to pay the application fee is 8th March 2019.

Vacancies: There are total 49 vacancies in HSSC. All these vacancies are for the post of JE (Electrical). The vacancies for the General Category candidates are 25, for the SC category, there are 8 vacancies, 7 for the BCA category and 6 for the ESM. The candidates applying for the post must have completed the 3 years diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Other Details: The lower age limit to fill the application form of HSSC for JE posts is 18 years while the maximum age limit is 42 years. The reserved category candidates will also get age relaxation as per the rules of HSSC. The candidates will be purely selected on the basis of the written exam which will be of 90 marks and 10 marks will be for the Socio-Economic criteria and experience.

The written examination of HSSC JE posts will either be conducted on the OMR sheets or online CBT Test. The candidates applying for the exam must take out the print out of the application form and e-challan after successful submission of application.
