IB Recruitment 2018: Last month i.e in October, the Intelligence Bureau (IB) released the official notification for the recruitment of candidates for the post of Security Assistant and Executive. The procedure of application form filling started in the same month and now today is the last date to fill the application form. the candidates who haven’t applied for the IB Recruitment 2018 are advised to fill the application form by today. IB Recruitment 2018 – Last Date Today for Applications
The Intelligence Bureau started the process of filling the application form for the SA posts on 20th October 2018. The candidates won’t be able to fill the application form online after the last date and the link will be deactivated after 10th November. So, the candidates are advised that if they want to fill the application form then they must do it today. The last date of payment of application fee is 10th November 2018 via online or offline mode.
IB Recruitment 2018 – Vacancies & Other Details
As per the official notification released by the Intelligence Bureau for there are total 1054 vacancies for the post of SA. These vacancies are for the various districts for the post of Security Assistant/Executive(General Central Service, Group ‘C’). The candidates can check the vacancy details in the official notification of IB. As per the official notification, out of 1054 vacancies, total 620 are for General Category, 187 for the OBC category, 160 for the SC category and 87 for the ST category,
The maximum age limit for the General category candidates to apply for the post of SA in IB is 27 years. The candidates belonging to the SC/ST and OBC category will get a relaxation in the age limit. The maximum age limit for the SC and ST category candidates is 32 years while for the OBC category candidates it is 30 years.
Candidates of General and OBC category will have to pay Rs 50 as application fee while there is no application fee for the rest of category candidates, The mode of payment of application fee for the IB Recruitment 2018 is Net banking, credit card and debit card. The candidates selected for the post of SA in IB will get a pay scale of Rs 5200 – Rs 20200.
The minimum education qualification required to appear in the exam is matriculation. The candidates applying for the post must have knowledge of the local language as per the area. The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Exam.
