IBPS Recruitment 2018: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will start the process of filling the application form for the post of Specialist Officer on 6th November 2018. The process of filling the application form will begin on the official website from 6th November 2018, The last date for the candidates to fill and submit the application form is 26th November. The payment of application fee can be done on or before 26th November 2018. So candidates are advised to make all things done before the last date.
The Admit cards for the IBPS SO Recruitment Preliminary exam 2018 will be released by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection in the month of December. The Preliminary exam date is 29th and 30th December 2018. The result date is January and the exam date for the Main Exam is 27th January. IBPS will announce the result of the Main exam in Feb 2019.
As per the official notification released by the IBPS, there are total 1599 vacancies for the post of SO. These vacancies are for the post of Specialist Officer. The application fee for the form is Rs 600 for the General and OBC category while Rs 100 for the other categories.
The minimum age limit for all these posts is 20 years and the maximum age limit is 30 years. For the SC/ST category, the maximum age is 35 years. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will conduct the Preliminary Exam and Main Exam for the selection of candidates. There will be 3 tests in the Preliminary Exam and the candidates will get minutes to attempt the Prelims of the IBPS Recruitment 2018. The Main Exam for all the post except the Rajbhasha Adhikari will have only one test of 60 marks and time is 45 minutes.
