IBPS SO Exam 2018: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has started the process of application form filling for the post of Specialist Officer. The candidates who are looking to fill the application form for IBPS SO exam 2018 can now fill the form on the official website. As per the notification, there are total 1599 vacancies for the SO post.
IBPS SO Exam 2018 – Important Instructions For Candidates
The candidates applying for the IBPS SO Exam 2018 make sure that they will enter all the details correctly. After the submission of application form, there will be no change or modification allowed in the Name of the candidates, Category, Date of Birth, Adress, Mobile Number, Email Id, Centre of Examination etc. The IBPS will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of the furnishing of the incorrect details provided by the candidates in the application form.
The candidates are advised that they must read the notification carefully for the eligibility criteria before applying online. The payment of the application fee can be done only via online mode. The application without the application fee will not be considered. The online registration will be complete after the candidates register online and pay the application fee via online mode.
In any case, IBPS has the right to allot the candidates to any of the exam centre other than the one he/she has opted for. The candidates are advised to indicate the preferences for all participating organization. The candidates need not to send the printout or the e-receipt of the application and should be kept by the candidates. The candidates are advised not to fill multiple applications.
IBPS SO Exam 2018 – Important Details
The procedure of application form filling for the IBPS SO Exam 2018 has started on the official website from 6th November 2018. The last date to fill application form completely is 26th November 2018. The Preliminary exam date is 29th and 30th December. The admit cards for the exam will be out in the month of December. After the Prelims exam, the main exam will be conducted in January.
For the General and OBC category candidates, the application fee is Rs 600 and Rs 100 for the SC/ST and PH category candidates. The payment of application fee can be done via Online mode only. Candidates are advised to pay the application fee on or before the last date.
