IBPS SO Recruitment 2018: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has released the syllabus for SO Recruitment exam 2018. A few days ago only, IBPS started with the online application process for SO post for the year 2018. Although the interested and eligible candidates for the SO Recruitment for the year 2018 can apply until the last date i.e 26 November.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has been recruiting SO in departments like IT officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel officer, Marketing officer and Law officer. A total of 1599 has to be filled under SO Recruitment 2018. Know the detailed exam pattern vacancies-wise for the IBPS SO Recruitment 2018 below-
Law Officer & Rajbhasha Adhikari (Prelims exam)- The question paper will be divided into 3 sections i.e English Language (25 marks), Reasoning Ability (50 marks) and General Awareness (50 marks). Each section will consist of 50 question and have to be completed in 40 minutes.
Prelims exam for rest of the post- The question paper will have 3 different sections i.e English Language (25 marks), Reasoning Ability (50 marks) and Quantitative Aptitude (50 marks). Each of the section will carry 50 total marks.
Except for Rajabhasha Adhikari post, Mains Exam for rest of the post will carry a total of 60 marks of 60 questions from Professional Knowledge for the year 2018. Whereas Mains exam for IBPS SO Rajbhasha Adhikari post 2018 will be divided into 2 sections i.e Professional Knowledge (Objective- 45 questions) and Professional Knowledge (Descriptive- 2 questions).
Important Dates regarding IBPS SO Recruitment 2018
Interested and eligible candidates for the IBPS SO Recruitment 2018 can apply for the post online from 6th to 26 November. Further, the admit cards for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will be available for download in December month. Whereas the IBPS Prelims exam for SO Recruitment will be carried out on 29 and 30 December 2018. Then the prelims results will be out by January 2019 followed by IBPS SO Mains exam 2018 scheduled to be held on 27 January 2019. Lastly, the final interview round for the IBPS SO Recruitment 2018 will be carried out on February 2019.
