Just after Jio revised the 149 plan, Airtel launched its new plan 199 for prepaid customers. And now Idea also jumped into the race of launching budget monthly plans to its prepaid customers. Idea launched its 199 plan that comes with unlimited calls and 1GB data. Idea Plan 199 is similar to Airtel 199 plan. Idea 199 Plan – Unlimited Calls + 1GB 4G Data
The new Idea plan 199 comes with unlimited calls. However, there is a daily limit on calling and weekly limit too. The daily limit of free calls in Idea 199 plan is 300 minutes and weekly limit of calling in Idea 199 plan is 1200 minutes. Apart from calling, Idea latest 199 plan also comes with 1GB 2G/3G/4G data.
This Idea plan 199 is totally similar to Airtel recently launched 199 plan that also gives similar benefits. The validity of Idea 199 plan is 28 days. According to the reports of Telecom Talk, Idea launched 178 plan for Himachal Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana users. This Idea 178 plan is similar to latest Idea 199 plan.
Idea 199 plan Vs Airtel 199 Plan Vs Jio 149 Plan – Which One is Best
Idea launched 199 plan just after Airtel launched the 199 plan for its prepaid customers. The new Idea plan 199 is totally similar and gives the same benefit as Airtel is giving in 199 plan. But If we compare Idea 199 plan and Airtel 199 plan with Jio 4G 149 plan then again Jio 149 plan comes out to be the best. Starting with Jio 149 plan, the plan comes with unlimited data usage with 2GB high-speed 4G data.
If a user exhausts the 2GB high-speed data the speed reduced to 64 kbps. Jio 149 plan also gives unlimited calling to anywhere in India. The incoming calls and outgoing calls in roaming are free in Jio 149 plan. Airtel 199 plan also comes with unlimited calling but there is a daily and weekly limit on calling. Also, the outgoing calls in roaming are not free in Airtel 199 plan. Airtel 199 plan gives 1GB 3G/4G data. In Idea 199 plan there is also 1GB data with free calls. Like Airtel 199 plan, Idea 199 plan also comes with daily and weekly calling limit with 300 minutes daily limit and 1200 minutes weekly calling limit.
