Infinix Mobile has launched a new selfie-centric smartphone called as Infinix Hot S3 in India. The biggest highlight of the phone is its front camera. The phone has a 20MP camera on the front with LED soft flash. Apart from the front camera, Infinix Hot S3 is the first phone of the company that comes with full view display.

The new phone of Infinix with a 20MP front camera is priced at Rs.8,999 and Rs.10,999. The phone is launched in two variants. The first one is with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage which is priced at Rs.8,999 and the second one is with 4GB RAM & 64GB storage which is priced at Rs.10,999. The phone is Flipkart exclusive and it will go on sale from February 12. The new phone Infinix Hot S3 is launched in two different colors – Sandstone Black and Brush Gold.
Specifications of Infinix Hot S3
Talking about the specifications of the phone, Hot S3 comes with a display of 5.65 inches. The display is HD+ display with a resolution of 720×1440 pixels. The screen to body ratio of the display is 81 percent and it offers full View Display. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor.
Infinix Hot S3 smartphone runs on Android Oreo Operating system with XOS 3.0 skin. Talking about the storage and RAM, the phone comes with 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. The phone has a battery of 4000mAh which is perfectly good. Hot S3 smartphone of Infinix is a dual sim phone and supports nano sim.
Talking about the camera of the phone, Infinix Hot S3 smartphone has a 13MP camera at the back with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. On the front for selfies and video calling there is a 20MP camera. The front camera of the phone is the biggest highlight. The front camera also comes with a dual LED flash. At the back, there is a fingerprint sensor too on the phone.
A tough competition to Xiaomi Redmi Y1, Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus and Redmi Note 4
With a 20MP camera on the front, the phone directly competes with the likes of Redmi Y1 smartphone. Xiaomi Redmi Y1 smartphone is the first phone of Xiaomi that offers the 16MP front camera at a price less than Rs.10,000. And if we talk about the battery then the Infinix Hot S3 smartphone will give a tough competition to Redmi Note 4 and upcoming Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus smartphone. Infinix Hot S3 smartphone, Redmi Note 4, Redmi Y1 has same RAM configuration and storage. It will be interesting to see how the Infinix Hot S3 smartphone competes with other players in the market.
