International Puppet Show 2018 is once again back to the city beautiful – Chandigarh with all new stories. The stage has been set for 4 days long International Puppet Show at Tagore Theatre in Sector 18 of Chandigarh to make you enjoy the childhood days again. Starting from 25th Feb 2018, the last puppet act will be staged on 28th Feb. Likewise every year, Ishara Puppet Theatre Trust has been holding the event for this year as well.

25th Feb 2018 (50 minutes)-  Di Filippo Marionette on an opening day at Chandigarh will be staging the great puppet show titled as ‘Hanging by A Thread’ by spreading the message of the value of love, timelessness & universality through a mustachioed cyclist to daredevil circus acrobats to a crazy musical star.

26th Feb 2018 (50 minutes)– On the second day during the International Puppet Show in Chandigarh, Circo Poiera from Brazil will be performing Dust Circus. With the help of puppets & objects, this show will make you relive your childhood memories with Circus. With full of humor & rich humanity, this director brings life to the entire circus with his virtuosic show.

Feb 27, 2018 (50 minutes)– An inspirational tale from Argentina will be performed on the third day at Chandigarh’s International Puppet Show. A team of Arriba las Hu ! manos will stage the story titled A button in My Head, based on a little Clott who tries to fit in with the society despite being a fun element for all.

Feb 28, 2018 (43 minutes)– On the last day in Tagore Theatre (Chandigarh) during the International Puppet Show, Indian artist will showcase their talent with the story ‘Me & Baba’. The heart-warming story has been based on the friendship of an old man & a stray doy. But one day the dog, while chasing the thief lost his way back to home. Will the 2 get reunite? watch out the same performed by Moving Sutra Arts.

This has been the 16th edition of the International Puppet Show in the city beautiful Chandigarh, it’s going to be bigger & best.
