Joint Admission Counseling (JAC) 2017 has today begun the filling process for Chandigarh Engineering and Architecture colleges as per the choice of the candidates. The filing process for admission at Engineering and Architecture colleges of Chandigarh will be done online via JAC 2017. The admission through JAC 2017 is done only for 6 Engineering and Architecture colleges as well as institutes located in Chandigarh and Hoshiarpur.
JAC 2017 filling process for Chandigarh Engineering & Architecture colleges
The online choice filling for counselling of candidates who are seeking admission at any Engineering and Architecture colleges or institutes of Chandigarh via JAC 2017 kicked off today at 2 pm and will end on July 11 at 5 pm. The admission process to secure seats in top six technical and engineering colleges will be done based on the ranks of JEE Main examinations of the individuals that were declared on May 26, 2017. Aspiring candidates had registered themselves for the admission counselling conducted via JAC 2017 between June 5 to June 20.
The final list of the shortlisted candidates for the admission counselling to various engineering and architecture colleges on Chandigarh through JAC 2017 was published on the official website of the council on July 7. In fact, JAC closed down the process of verifying documents by the candidates of the reserved category on July 6, 2017.

Candidates seeking admission in any one of the above- mentioned six engineering and architecture colleges of Chandigarh should have secured rank in JEE Main as per the requirement in JAC 2017 counselling. Those who meet the requirements of JAC 2017 should complete the choice online process before the closing date. The selected candidates will have their names published in the result list of mock counselling by tomorrow i.e 5:00 pm, later to which they can opt for their choices.
