JEE Main 2019 | Only 29% Females Among 9.65 Lakh Candidates Registered For Jan Exam

JEE Mains 2019: National Testing Agency closed the registration for Joint Entrance Examination Mains and almost 9.65 Lakh students registered themselves for the year 2019. After making it twice in a year, NTA has got a great responseĀ for the first instalment of JEE Main Exam for the year 2018. Although the Exam for the same will be held in the month of January 2019.

NTA is all set to conduct the JEE Mains Exam twice in a year from 2019 onwards. All the engineering aspirants will get the opportunity to appear for JEE Main exam two times in the year 2019. As of now for the first instalment of JEE Mains 2019, almost 9 Lakh plus students have registered themselves.

JEE Mains 2019: Registration Closed, 9 Lakh Students Registered

National Testing Agency has although ended up with the registration process for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains) 2019. Recently NTA has revealed that almost a total of 9.65 Lakh students have registered themselves for the JEE Main January 2019. Although the January JEE Mains exam 2019 will coincide with the practical exam of Class 12 but then as well 9.65 lakh all set to appear for JEE Main 2019.

In the year 2018, a total of 12.15 Lakh students appeared for JEE Mains conducted by CBSE. Although for the January 2019 JEE Main exam only 9.65 Lakh has registered themselves. But for sure students will get another chance to appear for JEE Mains 2019 to be conducted by NTA in the month of April 2019.

Exam date & More Details Regarding the NTA JEE Main 2019

According to the MHRD reports, only 29% of female candidates have registered themselves for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains) for January 2019. Also, there are 9% for SC candidates and 38 candidates belong to the transgender category. Whereas the majority of the candidates for JEE main January 2019 are from Urban areas.

NTA JEE Mains Exam 2019 will be held in between 6 to 20 January 2019 and will be a computer-based test. After that, the second JEE Main 2019 will be conducted in the month of April 2019. Whosoever have missed the opportunity to register for JEE Mains January 2019, can register them in the month of February for the second JEE Main 2019.
