CBSE JEE Mains Exam 2018 Online Registration Process Notification
The Joint Entrance Examination scheduled for the upcoming year 2018 i.e. JEE Mains Exam 2018, the board has released an official CBSE JEE Mains 2018 notification online. The information bulletin section on the CBSE external website for the JEE Main 2018 has all the details pertaining to the exam pattern, important dates, schedule, marking scheme, JEE Mains Exam 2018 syllabus & much more. Aspirants are iterated to go through the same before applying online for the JEE Main 2018 whose registrations shall commence from Dec 1, 2017 onwards. JEE Main 2018 Makes Aadhar As Mandatory Document To Apply Online
As per the CBSE norms which have been revised for the code of conduct of all its major examinations, the board has now made Aadhar card as a necessary supporting document mandatory in order to apply online for the JEE Main 2018. The Aadhar card of the aspirant of the JEE Main Exam 2018 shall be used for authentication purpose in validating the identity of the candidate appearing for the JEE Mains 2018.
The JEE Mains Exam 2018 held to select candidates for the prestigious institutions of IIT, NIT, IIITs etc to gain admission into undergraduate engineering courses in various disciplines every year. Candidates shall ensure that in case they do not possess the Aadhar card shall apply for the same and meanwhile update the authorities with their Aadhar enrolment number for applying online for the JEE Mains 2018. Also, this compulsion has an exclusion list of J&K, Assam & Meghalaya states. Candidates belonging to these states can use passport number, ration card number or the bank account number and ensure that they select the same state as their examination centre for the JEE Mains Exam 2018.
