Reliance Jio is Launching Fibre Broadband Service With 100 Mbps Speed & Here’re All The Details

Reliance Jio is all set to launch Fibre Broadband in India. This would again be the fastest broadband as Jio fibre will have a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.

Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Jio has again proven that they are impossible to beat and are undoubtedly the leaders in the telecom industry. Jio has definitely upset all the big players in the telecom industry by providing free data and voice calls for almost a year and also by launching lucrative plans for their users.

Reliance Jio has launched its new services and the other telecom companies are in a shock. As per a report by Teleanalysis, reliance Jio might plan to do the same with their broadband services. They are planning to launch its FTTH data services by June this year.

Fibre Broadband By Reliance Jio

The company might be launching the FTTH data services. FTTH (Fibre-To-The-Home) data services might be coming by June this year. As per reports, the FTTH data services will be having a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.

The 100 Mbps data services have given a strong challenge to the other telecom companies as no telecom has launched such a data plan in the market till date. However, the cost of the FTTH services is still not clear. Reliance Jio will also be offering other opt-in services along with the FTTH services.

Reliance Jio Has Started Testing Broadband Services

Reliance Jio has started the testing of its broadband services in selected locations and aim would widen their trials in the coming few months. As per the report by the teleanalysis, Reliance Jio’s Fibre data services would be the most affordable home broadband service in the country.

As per sources, Reliance Jio will also be providing various opt-in services apart from the internet services. The various opt-in services would be phone merger service which will let you answer calls on the house phone on any other connected mobile phone. Some of the other opt-in services are home automation support, surveillance etc.

As per sources, there are some people using the services in Mumbai and claims that the Beta users are currently enjoying a 100 Mbps connection with a 100 GB FUP.

It would be interesting to see how other telecom companies in India compete with Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Jio!
