The Queen of Hills-‘Shimla’ has come up with new museum i.e. Johnnie’s wax museum for locals and tourists. The capital city of Himachal Pradesh has charmed the visitors with its enchanting natural beauty and popular destinations like the Mall Road, Jakhoo Temple and much more. But now, it also has a wax museum.

The Johnnie’s Wax Museum is located at the historic Willow Banks estate in capital city Shimla. The wax museum of Shimla was inaugurated on May 11, 2016 by Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh.

Shimla’s wax museum has 16 life size wax statues of popular personalities f the om various field such as Bollywood, Sports, Hollywood, Politicians, Sports. The statues displayed at the historic Willow Bank Estate are made in Madame Tussauds, London ( the most famous wax museum in the world).
The statues are maintained by a group of 12-13 people, these people are especially enforced to look after the precious model. They are responsible for preventing the models from the danger of succumbing into deterioration over the years.
