Kapil Sharma’s latest venture “Family Time with Kapil Sharma” is reported to be going off-air before it could actually make its presence felt on the television. It has been reported that there will be no shoots for new episodes of ‘Family Time With Kapil Sharma’ in the month of April. It has been further mentioned that the is being suspended for a month due to the recently cancelled shoots. Kapil’s ill health is being cited as one of the major reasons behind pulling the show off-air.
The latest controversy over abusive tweets and threat calls
As per a report, Kapil Sharma had filed a police complaint against the editor of a news portal and the managers of his previous show. Sharma, in his complaint, had claimed that the group was trying to extort money from him. He further added that they were responsible for his worsening mental strength. It has also been mentioned in the report that the comedian filed the complaint a day after the editor of the entertainment portal released a call recording alleging that Kapil Sharma can be heard in the audio threatening and abusing him over the call.
Comedians come out in Kapil Sharma’s support
Various comedians and actors have come out in Kapil Sharma’s support in the recent past. After Krushna Abhishek, Shilpa Shinde, Sugandha Mishra, Upasna Singh and Rajiev Dhingra, comedian Bharti Singh is the latest one who has come out in Kapil Sharma’s support.
Bharti has expressed solidarity with comedian-turned-actor Kapil Sharma. In her statement, the comedian insisted that Sharma needs space. She expressed that Kapil is a very refined and supportive individual and that he must be suffering a lot due to all the issue and I wish he comes out of the trouble soon.
Neha Pendse, Kapil Sharma’s co-host joins Entertainment Ki Raat 2?
It has also been reported that Kapil Sharma’s co-host – Neha Pendse has joined Entertainment Ki Raat 2 which is being aired on Colors channel. The actress had recently joined Sharma’s show and speculations are that Pendse has now joined the Indian reality TV show amid reports of the Kapil Sharma show being soon pulled off-air. As per another report, the actress has also revealed that she hasn’t shot for the Kapil Sharma’s show in past 10 days.
