Keto Chilly Chicken

Chilly chicken can be made in many ways in many delightful recipes. Since Chinese food is a big no on Keto, so here is a traditional recipe for chilly chicken from down south.

Keto Andhra Style Chilly Chicken is a special Keto Non-Veg recipe that does not need many preparations and can be carried to work too. While making this recipe you need to make sure that you have fresh coriander and curry leaves in order to get the typical South Indian flavor. The preparation time consumed for this recipe is 10 minutes and the Marinate time is at least 3 hours.

Ingredients used to make Keto Chilly Chicken for 6 servings

1.5 kg Chicken Broiler

½ tsp Pink salt

1 tsp Turmeric or Haldi powder

1 tsp Red Chilly powder (optional)

2 to 3 Green Chillies optional

1 cup Cilantro leaves

30 gms Curry Leaves

1 tsp Mustard seeds

1 tsp Table salt

150 gms Greek Yogurt

5 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste

30 gms Onion paste

15 tsp Ghee

Procedure to make Andhra Style Keto Chilli Chicken

Wash the chicken properly with the water and pat it dry. Mix the hung curd, the turmeric powder, 1 tsp Table salt, and ½ tsp Pink salt and mix it with the chicken with your hands ensuring that it is spread all over the chicken.

Grind the onion and apply it to the chicken and let it rest for three to four hours. When you are ready to eat the delicious Keto chilly chicken heat the ghee in a wok and drop in the mustard seeds and let them splutter. After that drop, the curry leaves and lower the heat.

Next, add the chicken to the wok and keep cooking on normal heat. In around ten minutes the chicken will leave some water and will begin looking tender. After that grind the fresh cilantro or coriander with the green chilies and make a fine paste with water.

Now add this paste to the chicken and keep cooking more for another five to ten minutes. When the water dries up, the chicken is ready to be served. 250gm Lamb Chops

White Salt

Pink Salt

½ tsp Garam Masala powder

½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

½ tsp Garlic Powder

50 gms Greek Yogurt

Green Chillies Chopped optional

Wash the mutton perfectly with water and preferably place it in the pan you intend to cook it the next day. Also, add the greek yogurt to the pan. Add all the dry spices and salts to the pan and rub the masalas and the spices properly on the mutton with your hands. Also, add the olive oil and rub some more.

Browning the butter adds a nutty aroma to the sauce and thickens the same. It pairs well with a dash of lemon.

Finely Ground Pepper As per taste

Fresh Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon

Procedure to make Keto Lemon Butter Sauce Fish

First of all, take a small skillet or saucepan and place it over a medium heat setting and put the butter in it. Once the butter melts, keep stirring it frequently until it turns golden brown and gives out a nutty smell. This shall take about 3 minutes after that remove butter from the stove and pour into a small bowl.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper along with a squeeze of lemon juice to the melted butter and stir and let it cool for a few minutes. After that dry the fish using paper towels and sprinkle a little salt and pepper on it followed by sprinkling some flour. Use fingers to spread the flour thoroughly.

Put a non-stick skillet over high heat setting and heat some oil in it and add the fish to shimmering oil giving out light wisps of smoke. Cook on one side for about 90 seconds, until it turns golden brown and crispy on the edges. After that remove the fish from the skillet and place it in a plate and drizzle each fish with 1 tablespoon of sauce, garnish with parsley, and add lemon while serving.

Keto Roasted Pork is a very easy dish to make and is super Keto friendly. It involves just four steps. Gather the ingredients, grind the marinade, add it to the pork, and cook the pork. The preparation time required for this recipe is 15 minutes and the cooking time required is 90 minutes.

I kg Pork Ribs

60ml Olive oil

1tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

Procedure for making Keto Roasted Pork

Wash the pork with water and pat it dry and then chop it into pieces and fork it all over. In a grinder put all the ingredients and blend it well, until a fine paste is formed. Now implement this marinade to the pork and put it in the refrigerator for 16-24 hours.

Preheat the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for five to ten minutes and place the pork in the oven, and cook at 200 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes. After 60 minutes reduce the heat to 180 degrees Celsius, and cook for another 30 minutes. Check if tender and serve hot with the BBQ sauce. Keto Saagwala Gosht – Lamb and Spinach Curry

The Keto Keto Saagwala Gosht is one of the best Keto Non-Veg Recipe. This Non-Veg recipe is full of flavor and is perfect to be had on a cold winter day. The preparation time needed for this recipe is 20 minutes and the cooking time required is 40-45 minutes.

Ingredients used to make Keto Saagwala Gosht – Lamb and Spinach Curry for 3 servings

500gms Mutton Chops

6 cups of finely chopped Fresh Spinach

2 cloves

2tsp fresh Garlic paste

4 chopped Green Chillies (optional)

10 tsp Ghee melted

1 medium sized Onion finely sliced

100gms Tomatoes chopped

1 pod Black Cardamom

½ tsp Cinnamon powder

I tsp Red Chilly Powder

Procedure for making Keto  Saagwala Gosht – Lamb and Spinach Curry

Add half the ghee to a pressure cooker and heat on medium heat. Next add the cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves to the oil and fry on low heat. Now add the onions and cook till they look transparent.

After that add 1tsp garlic paste and fry for a minute and then add the mutton and keep frying. After frying the mutton add the salt, the green chilies and lower the heat and let it be cooked for some time at low heat.

Now add the tomatoes and cook till they get soft and then add a cup of water to the pressure cooker and close it. After two whistles, lower the heat for exactly 30 minutes.

While the mutton is being cooked, the spinach needs to be washed beforehand and soaked in 2 cups of water with 1 tsp of garlic paste. Once the pressure drops, add the spinach, which has been soaking in garlic water to the cooker, along with the water.

After that cook on medium heat till all the water evaporates, and the meat gets tender. Before serving, heat the rest of the ghee and put the red chilly powder in it and switch off the heat immediately. Then pour this tempering over the mutton and eat it hot.
