Ace comedian Kunal Kamra is all set to perform in Chandigarh for the very first time and we are not sure how to calm ourselves down. Kunal has emerged to be the most sought-after comedians courtesy his YouTube channel. His first video ‘Patriotism and Government’ made him a star overnight and put him right in line with other top comedians like Zakir Khan, Sumit Anand, Vir Das and Kenny Sebastian. Well, it was finally time that Chandigarh got to see him live and it is finally happening on the 24th of February at Punjab Arts Council.

Chandigarh has been one of the favourite destinations for stand-up comedians but it is the first time that Kunal Kamra will be coming to the city. The way he finds comedy in the current political scenario of the country is just commendable and remains to be his signature styles. His first video on YouTube ‘Patriotism and Government’ might have made him a favourite among the youth but that has certainly come at a cost.

The comedian who will soon be seen in Chandigarh has faced quite some criticism because of his political views and has often been subjected to hatred on the internet. But that did not stop Kunal from producing his podcast ‘Shut up Ya Kunal’ where he discusses ideas with top political and social figures of the country.
He later went on to showcase his comedy timing with videos like ‘Finding a Taxi’ and ‘Bombay Indore’ and made audiences fall in love with him. His fans from the city have been asking him to come down in his own signature style “Chandigarh Kab Aoge Show Karne?” and we are glad he finally agreed.

Kunal Kamra will be flying down for two shows in Jaipur and Chandigarh on the 23rd and 24th of February respectively. He will be performing in the Punjab Arts Council in Sector 16-B, Chandigarh which has previously hosted shows for Jaspreet Singh and other ace comedians. We hope to see you guys there in the crowd shouting ‘Par Siachen Me Hamare Jawan Lad Rahe Hain’ which remains to be our favourite bit from any of his videos.
