Lexus NX 300H Launched in India | See What’s Special in Lexus NX300H

Lexus has recently launched its smallest SUV NX 300H in India. The Lexus NX 300 H is the fourth offering by the company since Lexus made its way to the Indian car market in March this year. The SUV has been launched in India with its hybrid 2.5 litre petrol engine while it is launched in more powerful engine options internationally.

Design and Styling of Lexus NX 300H

Regarding the styling of NX300 the front looks are similar to that is seen on other variants. There is bold X shaped black colored front grill and sharp headlights and Daytime running lights. The chrome plated borderline of the front grill and Lexus logo with blue backlight adds to the front look of SUV. The Lexus NX 300H comes with roof rails, side skirts and black colored cladding on wheel arches. On the rear side, there are sharp angular tail lights, roof mounted spoiler and bold character lines on the tailgate.

Lexus NX 300H is powered by a 2.5 litre petrol engine paired with an electric motor that churns out 196 PS of power. The motor is paired with a CVT unit that makes the car run on petrol or electric current or a combination of both. Lexus claims the SUV to deliver a mileage of 18.32 kmpl.

Lexus NX300H Interiors & Special Features

The NX 300 H comes with spacious and luxurious interiors that make it the most comfortable SUV. The car is featured with spacious and comfortable rear seats that are adjustable at the push of a button. The rear seats can be folded flat, reclined or brought back upright using a button. Lexus NX 300H has some special features such as 8-way adjustable front seats, dual zone climate control. Drive mode select function and a panoramic glass roof.

Lexus NX 300 H Safety Features and Price

On the safety front the Lexus NX 300 H comes loaded with features like ABS, 8 SRS airbags, electronic parking brakes, hill start assist, vehicle stability control and a 360-degree view monitor. The luxury variant of NX 300H is priced in India at Rs.53.18 lakh while the sports variant is priced a bit higher at Rs.55.58 lakh.

Lexus will make the NX-300H available for sale at the Lexus Guest Experience Centres at Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Gurugram. In addition, the SUV will also be available at the Lexus authorised service centres at Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kochi. Lexus NX300 is expected to rival the likes of Audi Q5, BMW X3, Mercedes Benz GLC and Volvo XC 60.
