LG in India is all set to launch its k-series smartphones – LG K3 and LG K4. This event planned by the LG for their big launch is set to be held on the sidelines of India’s Mobile Congress 2017. Although LG media invites do not clearly reveal anything, still the letter ‘K’ embossed in the invite hints the launch of the LG’s K series in this event. The word in the air suggests that LG is going to unveil the new LG K3 and K4 smartphones this Wednesday.
At the Annual Consumer Electronics Show [CES] held earlier this year, LG announced the four new phones under the K-series. Following the launch of K10 in February in 2017 in India came the LG K8 on the market in August 2017. It is suspected that this event is planned for the launch of LG K3 and LG K4 smartphones in India that was earlier announced at the CES. Where the announcement followed up the price of the K8 and K10 being Rs. 11,000 and Rs. 13,990 respectively there, the price for K3 and LG K4 models was still not announced.
Specifications of LG K3 2017 that you should know –
Although there is no official spec sheet released for the models LG K3 and LG K4 by LG still the leaked information states that the LG K3 2017 model has been equipped with the 4.5-inch FWVGA [480×845 pixels] IPS display and operates at 1.1 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 MSM8909 SoC powered by the 2100mAh removable battery. The model is also embedded with the 1GB RAM and 8GB inbuilt memory with expandable storage up to 32GB through micro SD card. Also, this Android 6.0 Marshmallow based LG K3 supports the 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and 2-MP front-facing camera. This device is designed to house the connectivity options including 4G LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, Micro-USB. This model will be available in two colour options including Metallic Titan and Pink Gold Colours.
Specifications of LG K4 (2017) that you should know –
The Specification for the LG K4 2017 model features the 5-inch FWVGA [480×854 pixels] display with the pixel density of 196ppi. Although this model is also powered by the same processor as LG K3 model still it varies in regards to the battery. This LG K4 model is operating on the 2500 mAh removable battery. This model is derived to operate on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and is embedded with the 5-MP front and rear cameras. The connectivity options for this model include the 4G LTE, 3G, GPRS/Edge, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth 4.1. This model is assumed to be available in Titan and Blach colour options.
Although the specs for these models have been leaked still the price is unknown and is assumed to be declared this Wednesday 2017.
