The newly launched LG V30 smartphones rolls out the Android Oreo 8.0 updates. The company has announced about the updates that the LG V30 users will start receiving on their devices. This update of the Android will relatively enhance the battery power, UI performance and the graphics on the mobile phone.
The Android Oreo 8.0 will improve the settings on the device including the picture-in-picture mode, smart auto fill, notification dots and enhanced quick settings. Other than these, the Oreo Android will improve the performance of the software on the mobile phone, which in proportionately enhance the battery life as well as the speed. The resolution of the phone will also increase along with the features of multimedia and graphics.

Prior to this, LG had announced its ‘LG OS Preview’ beta programme last month but the Android Oreo update has brought relief and smiles on the faces of many LG V30 users who can now experience greater performance. It is likely that the update will roll out over the air (OTA) and the users can receive the update by downloading the LG Bridge app from the LG’s mobile download centre. The users of the LG V30 smartphones can also get the Android Oreo 8.0 update by connecting their computer systems via the LG Bridge programme.

Going by the specifications of the LG V30 smartphone, it features a single SIM (GSM) slot and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC. It used to runs on LG UX 6.0+ based on Android 7.1.2 Nougat and is supported by 4GB RAM coupled with 64GB internal storage further expandable upto2 TB via microSD card.
The device sports a 6-inch QHD+ OLED display with full vision, 1440×2880 pixels, HDR10 support and houses a 3300mAh non removable battery. It also comes with a dual primary camera on the back of the phone of 16-megapixel with sensor of f/1.6 aperture, a wide angle lens of 71-degree coupled with LED flash. While the other camera is of 13-megapixel sensor, with an aperture of f/1.9 and a wide angle lens of 120-degree. That’s not all, it also sports a 5-megapixel front shooter for perfect selfies or video calling.
