The hatchback new Maruti Celerio has been launched at a starting price of Rs 4.15 lakh in India. Maruti Suzuki Celerio was launched three years ago and was the first car that was launched with auto gear shift in India.
Since the launch of Maruti Suzuki Celerio in India company has sold over 3 lakh units of the Celerio and the new Celerio that comes loaded with refreshed updates the company is expecting a boost in sales of the car during the festive season.
Maruti Suzuki Celerio gets refreshing updates
The re-launched new Maruti Suzuki Celerio gets updates that add newness to the car. The Maruti Suzuki Celerio gets an updated interior as well as exterior. Some of the visible updates on the new Maruti Celerio include a refreshed front end coupled with a new mesh grille along with chrome bits. The front bumper has been re-designed with housing for fog lamps. The rear of the new Maruti Suzuki Celerio has been tweaked slightly. The updated features of the Maruti Suzuki Celerio’s cabin include a black and beige treatment on the dashboard that has been clubbed with new upholstery with an abstract pattern.

Passenger airbags and ABS will come as an option across all the variants of the new Celerio. there are no mechanical changes in the new Celerio as it will carry the same 998 cc K10 petrol engine that runs the existing Celerio. The Engine makes 67 bhp and 90 Nm. The engine has been mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and an AGS unit which comes as an option.
