Maruti Suzuki Swift is all set to launch at the Auto Expo in Greater Noida next week and the news we bring to you today is that the company is looking to showcase a record 18 vehicles at its stall. This is by far a large number for any car manufacturer in India and the company is going all guns out keeping the attention to itself. Maruti Suzuki will be showcasing its Hybrid and e-Survivor Concepts along with launching the Swift hatchback at the show. The show is scheduled to commence on the 9th of February and will go on for a period of six days. The Maruti Suzuki Swift 2018 Facelift is however rumoured to launch on the 8th February and there is a good chance it might happen at the Auto Expo itself.
Maruti Suzuki To Showcase 18 Cars Including The New 2018 Swift
Maruti Suzuki has revealed that the company will be showcasing as much as 18 cars at the Auto Expo along with the new 2018 Swift. The company has one of the largest displays at the upcoming show at 4200 square feet which will enable them to showcase a different set of vehicles. However, the Maruti Suzuki Swift 2018 launch remains to be the highlight event for the company as it has been one of the most anticipated launches in the Indian car market for more than a year now.
The company is rumoured to showcase a few concept vehicles as well along with some Hybrid cars. There is a good chance that we might get to see the hybrid versions of the Maruti Suzuki Swift and the Solio. The company is already reported to be working on a budget electric car like the other home grown manufacturers like Tata and Mahindra. Other than that the Maruti Suzuki stall will also house the e-Survivor compact car which has two electric motors for the front and rear wheels respectively.
Maruti Suzuki Swift 2018 Marks The Third Generation Of The Car in India
Maruti Suzuki Swift 2018 Facelift will mark the third generation of the car in India (fifth generation internationally). Although the car was anticipated to make its debut last year along with the Dzire compact sedan it has now been confirmed to be launched on the 8th February at the Auto Expo which is to be held in Greater Noida. Maruti Suzuki will be reportedly pricing the Swift closer to 4.75 Lakh Rupees in India to keep it ahead of the cars like Hyundai Grand i10.
