In an innovative and thoughtful move taken by the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) to open up creche for staff at the Judicial Complex in Mohali had its Inauguration Day today. The first ever decision of its kind has been brought into execution by the authorities has set an example for other departments to follow.
Inauguration Ceremony of the Creche
Justice Daya Chaudhary of the Punjab and Haryana High Court inaugurated the creche along with the HC Judge Hari Pal Verma who graced the occasion with his esteemed presence with great pride and honour. Among these distinguished personalities other officials like Surinder Gupta who is the administrative Judge, Mohali and local bar members also dignified the occasion with their presence.

The admission process had started today itself and reached the mark of 17 admissions within few hours of its inauguration. The entire move had been justified and proven correct by the statistics that grew in no time. The creche accepts admission for staff members who have toddlers at homes providing them careful supervision. The facilities and services provided the creche has fetched enough admissions in a day that are worth boasting of.
With state-of-the-art facilities and plans for future expansion, this certainly leaves the city residents awestruck.Working women who are filled with vigour and vitality to work in a stress free zone demarcating a clear gap between their personal and professional lives have finally had their woes ended with such a commendable decision by the authorities.
