MPTET 2018 Exam: Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) has released the official notification and invited applications from the candidates for the MPTET Exam 2018 (Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test). MPTET 2018 Exam – Important Dates
As per the official notification released by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board for the Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2018, the process of filling the application form has started on the official website from 11th September 2018. The last and the final date to fill the application form for the MPTET 2018 Exam is 25th September 2018. After the last date, no application form will be accepted by the MPPEB.
The starting date to make the corrections in the application form is 11th September 2018 and the last date to make a correction in the MPTET application form is 30th September 2018. Candidates are advised to read the official notification first and then proceed further and complete the application form on or before the mentioned last dates.
MPTET 2018 Exam – Other Details
Application Fee: The application fee for the MPTET Exam 2018 is Rs.500 for the General Category candidates and the candidates of Other States. The application fee for the reserve category candidates of MP state is Rs.250. Candidates will have to pay Rs.70 as portal charges. The application fee can be paid via credit/debit card, net banking or via MP Online Portal.
Vacancies: As per the official notification released by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board, there are total 17000 vacancies. These vacancies are for the post of Senior Secondary Teacher. The selected candidates for the post will get a pay scale of Rs.36,200. the candidates must have the Masters Degree in the relevant subject to apply online.
Selection Procedure: The candidates will be selected for the post of Teacher under the MPTET Exam 2018 on the basis of the written test. The written test will be conducted on 29th December 2018 in two shifts. The first shift MPTET exam will start at 9 am and will end at 11:30 am. The second shift will start at 2 pm and will end at 4:30 pm.
