HMD Global launched the Nokia 8 Sirocco smartphone – the successor and the redesigned variant of Nokia 8 smartphone which was launched last year. Nokia 8 is the flagship phone of Nokia. The new variant comes with a stainless steel frame and a curved glass finish. According to the company, the stainless steel frame of the phone is 2.5 times stronger than the frame of its predecessor. The new phone is an Android One Smartphone and it uses the Stock Android. Apart from all these the phone also has an IP67 rating.
Price of Nokia 8 Sirocco
The price of Nokia 8 Sirocco is EUR 749 which is approximately equal to Rs.60,000. The Price of Nokia 8 Sirocco in India is not yet announced by the company. But soon it will be announced and it is expected that the Nokia 8 Price in India will be around 50K (not exact price but expected price). The phone will hit the Indian Market in the month of May.
The biggest highlight of the phone of the phone includes Stainless steel frame which is stronger than the 6000 series aluminium frame present in Nokia 8. The IP67 rating of the phone also makes it dust and water resistant.

Coming to the specifications of Nokia 8 Sirocco smartphone, the upgraded variant of Nokia 8, the phone bears a display of 5.5 inches. The resolution of the display is 1440×2560 pixels. Above all this, the display is protected with 3G Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The new smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. The operating system on the phone is Android Oreo 8.0.
Talking about the RAM and Storage of Nokia 8 Sirocco phone, there is a 6GB RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage. The internal storage of the phone does not appear to be expandable. The battery of the phone is 3260mAh. Connectivity options on the phone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, and NFC.
Coming to the camera specifications of the Nokia 8 Sirocco, the phone has a dual rear camera setup. The rear camera of the phone has a 12-megapixel primary wide-angle sensor with f/1.75 aperture. The secondary sensor is a 13-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.6 aperture. The rear camera of the phone has a dual-tone LED flash including Zeiss Optics. For selfies and video calling, there is a 5MP camera with f/2.0 aperture.
