At MWC 2018 (Mobile World Congres), Sony has expanded its flagship Xperia series with the launch of two new phones. Sony announced the Sony Xperia XZ2 and Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact smartphones. The biggest highlight of these two new phones of Sony is the Sony advanced Motion Eye Camera technology, front-facing stereo speakers and IP65/64 rating. Price of Sony Xperia XZ2 and Xperia XZ2 Compact
The price details of the latest Sony Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact have not revealed yet. The phones will be available globally for the month of March 2018. Both the new smartphones come with Android Oreo 8.0 operating system. Xperia XZ2 is will be available in 4 colours- Liquid Silver, Liquid Black, Ash Pink and Deep Green. Xperia XZ2 Compact will be made available in 4 colours – Coral Pink, Moss Green, Black and White Silver.
Specifications of Sony Xperia XZ2
Coming to the specifications of Xperia XZ2, the smartphone bears a display if 5.7 inches. The display is full HD+ and comes with a TRILUMINOS HDR display. With TRILUMINOS HDR display there is an X-Reality display engine too on the phone. The resolution of the display is 1080×2160 pixels. The phone will come with Single Sim and Dual Sim variants. Xperia XZ2 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor.
The phone runs on Android Oreo 8.0 operating system. There is 4GB RAM on the phone and the internal storage of the phone is 64GB and it is expandable up to 400GB via microSD card. Coming to the camera specifications of the phone, Xperia XZ2 comes with a 19MP rear camera with Motion Eye Sensor, 4K HDR recording and Steady Shot technology.
