The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) Recruitment 2018 has released an official notification announcing vacancies for 10 different posts for all the interested candidates. Through its employment advertisement year 2018/CIET, the NCERT Recruitment 2018 has rolled out a notification which invites interested candidates to apply for various posts ranging from the Engineering Assistants to the Floor Assistants.

NCERT Recruitment 2018 Notification
The recently released NCERT Recruitment 2018 Notification has announced vacancies for different posts and is welcoming applications from the interested candidates. The last date to apply for the NCERT Recruitment 2018 is 20th April 2018. You can apply on or before 20th April 2018 for different posts like the Engineering Assistant, Floor Assistant etc. Out of the total 10 posts available, 1 vacancy each belongs to posts like engineering assistant, electrician, Lightman, dark room assistant, carpenter, film joiner, field investigator as well as photographer.
Whereas, 7 posts belong to the post of a technician and 2 posts belong to the floor assistant. For all the posts, New Delhi is the job location. A fee of Rs. 200/- is to be paid in the form of a DD or IPO which is available in the favor of the Secretary of NCERT at New Delhi.
NCERT | Eligibility & Selection Procedure
For the post of the engineering assistant, a bachelors degree in the engineering specialization in electronics, communication and Information Technology is required. For the post of an electrician, an ITI certificate or equivalent in the trade of electrician or wireman would do. Any individual who has passed his metric or intermediate from any recognized board or institution along with an experience of 3 years of lightning in the field of film, television or stage can apply for the post of a lightman.
For a dark room assistant, a candidate needs to be Class 10 or Class 12 pass. 10th pass, ITI can also apply for the post of a carpenter or film joiner. Any postgraduate can apply for the post of a field investigator as well. Class 10 and 12 pass candidates can apply for floor assistants and the diploma holders can go for the posts of photographers as well as technicians in NCERT Recruitment 2018. The selection procedure for the NCERT Recruitment 2018 will either be done through a written examination or an interview for the same shall be conducted.
