NCERT Text Books | QR Codes To Be Introduced For Lessons From 2019 – Know Major Updates

In a recent development announced from the upcoming academic session of 2019, the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is, to begin with, the procedure of the introduction of the QR codes. This Quick Response (QR) codes are to be initiated in context to the supplementary lessons that are to be introduced in the NCERT textbooks from the academic session commencing from 2019.

With the view to bring transformation in the way in which students attend the classes and grasp the concepts, the idea of QR codes for the supplementary lessons in the books prescribed by the NCERT has been proposed.

QR Codes For Lessons In NCERT Books 

The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has been introducing a lot of changes in the textbooks for Classes 1 to 12 majorly which are prescribed in the Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE) affiliated schools. For the initiation of the QR codes in the supplementary lessons of the NCERT textbooks, the desired process has been initiated. This idea is a great one so as to give the students the required exposure and will also help to provide them with the appropriate study material in detail using various means.

NCERT plans to provide the QR codes in the NCERT textbooks from the academic session of 2019 for the supplementary lessons. The introduction of the Quick Response (QR) codes in the (National Council of Educational Research and Training) NCERT books has been initiated with a view that will help students in the overall understanding of the chapters. With the availability of the QR codes, videos or films, as well as additional content, will be available which can be viewed on the laptops as well as the digital boards. Students will tend to have a better view and exposure of the topics when introduced in the new academic session of 2019.

About QR Codes For NCERT Books From 2019 

The Quick Response (QR) codes which are to be introduced in the National Council of Educational Research and Training textbooks from the academic session of 2019  can be considered as the machine-readable codes which are inclusive of the black as well as the white squares which will help in providing study material like videos, maps, animations as well as powerpoint presentations and availability of e-content. This content will be available in the NCERT books for Class 1 to 12.
