NCERT To Publish 65 Lakhs Books For this State | Another State to Follow its Syllabus from 2019

NCERT: National Council of Educational Research and Training has now been the first choice for state Board for 2019 syllabus. After Himachal Pradesh (HP) and Uttarakhand, Tripura state Government likely to follow NCERT syllabus from 2019 onwards. Also, Uttarakhand Education Department has asked NCERT to publish 65 Lakh books for the next session.

As of now mostly CBSE affiliated schools use to follow with the National Council of Educational Research and Training Books. But from 2019 onwards, most of the state government have also alerted to follow the syllabus of NCERT in Schools. Check out more details of NCERT books and syllabus from 2019 onwards below.

Uttarakhand Education Dept Ask NCERT to Publish 65 Lakh for 2019

Recently it has been reported that the Uttarakhand Education Department is all set to ask the NCERT to publish almost 65 lakhs books for the state. Although the same has been carried out to reduce the surge in demand for the NCERT books after its compulsion in Schools. As from 2018 onwards, Uttrakhand Education Department has made it compulsory for Schools to follow NCERT (National Council of Educational Research and Training) books.

Although the sudden implementation of the decision has left students nowhere in the year 2018. Whereas to cope up with the demand of NCERT books this year, Uttrakhand Education Department asked the private publishers to reprint the NCERT books. But from 2019, the education department wants NCERT to publish almost 65 Lakhs books for the state itself.

Also, Tripura State to Follow NCERT Syllabus from New session

After Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) is all set to go with NCERT (National Council of Educational Research and Training) Syllabus from next academic session. From 2019 onwards, Tripura Board will also follow the NCERT books and syllabus at Secondary and Higher Secondary Level.

According to the report, the Tripura Education Department has on the final stage of the preparation to implement NCERT Books and Syllabus in the Schools from 2019. Although the new academic session for 2019 in Tripura will commence from 1 April. So get ready students to follow the new National Council for Educational Research and Training syllabus and books in 2019-2020 session.
