NEET 2017 Result Delayed Further | Will Be Out Within This Week & Here’s What You Need To Know

The National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) 2017 has taken an ambiguous shape this year. From setting papers to its result, NEET 2017 conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is surrounded by various controversies. CBSE is now under the scanner for creating confusion amongst students whose NEET 2017 results are awaited.

CBSE NEET 2017 Result – Confusion Prevails

CBSE had released an official notification alerting that the NEET 2017 results will be out on Tuesday on its official website but now, the board has withdrawn the same from from its website. The withdrawal of the notification from the CBSE website has created utter confusion amongst students as well as their parents. It is now speculated that the results of NEET 2017 will be out tomorrow but no official confirmation has been made by the board as of now. 

Previously, the result of NEET 2017 was rumored to be declared on June 2o but after the Supreme Court ordered stay on the petition filed by the Gujarat High Court and Madras High Court. The apex court has also directed CBSE to anyhow release the results of NEET 2017 on June 26 without any delay. However, the board has released the OMR sheets of the answer keys on its official website last week.

Controversies regarding NEET 2017 conducted by CBSE

This year CBSE conducted NEET 2017 have created a buzz for various reasons. This time, CBSE had set NEET paper in vernacular languages other than English and Hindi. The reason for conducting NEET 2017 in different regional languages was to facilitate students and to leave less possibility for paper leak.

However, the Supreme Court of India recieved separate petitions from the Madras High Court and Gujarat High Court, respectively complaining that NEET conducted in vernacular language in their states were way difficult than the paper set in English and Hindi language.

How to check NEET 2017 results online

  • Candidates have to first log on to the official website cbseneet.nic.in
  • Candidates have to then click on the results link
  • NEET 2017 Results will then display on screen.
  • Download the result and take its printout for future preference
