Candidates who wish to fill NEET 2018 online application forms for the test scheduled this year are requested to carefully go through the eligibility norms in the same. The exclusion list of candidates debarring them from taking the prestigious NEET 2018 as the medical entrance exam has dejected many aspirants from their rights of taking the test. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Exam conducted by CBSE to allow candidates gain admission in UG courses in top medical colleges of repute is the talk of the town lately with whole lot of controversy surrounding it.

The controversial NEET 2018 exam has shocked many candidates with its exclusion norm which made its way to the official CBSE notification this year. With debarring thousands of candidates from taking the NEET 2018 exam this year, the distressed candidates have staged protests to air their opinions on the issue. Voicing their grievances of unruly attempts to suspend them from taking the National Eligibility cum Entrance Exam in May 2018 this year, the aspirants have shaken off the authorities from their complacency.

The students who have been suspended from taking the NEET 2018 exam this year have been debarred on various grounds cited by the authorities. The Medical Council of India has revised a few eligibility norms in this years’ NEET 2018 which was not anticipated by candidates who have been toiling hard for more than two years to prepare for the test.

The candidates have been divided into various categories which make it to the debarred list of candidates for this years’ NEET exam on May 6, 2018. The aspirants who do not have an Aadhar Card or its enrolment ID can’t apply online for the NEET 2018 while some have been excluded from this norm.

Others who have attained their upper age limit of 25 years are also excluded from taking the medical entrance exam. Candidates who are below this age limit but have exceeded three attempts in NEET exam are also debarred from taking the test. This age limit and number of attempts restriction has distressed many candidates from taking NEET 2018.

Candidates who are taking their Class 12th qualifying exams from open school boards belonging i.e. NIOS are also suspended from taking NEET 2018 even if they fulfil all the eligibility norms. Moreover, the aspirants who have opted for Biology or Biotechnology as an additional subject in their curriculum are also rejected by authorities to take NEET 2018.
