NEET 2019 Exam: Last week NTA (National Testing Agency) extended the last date to fill the application form for the NEET 2019 Exam. This decision came after the apex court allowed the candidates of 25 years and above to apply for the NEET MBBS Exam which is scheduled to held in the month of May next year. Earlier the last date to fill the application form was 30th November but after the decision of the apex court, the last date to fill application form was extended to 7th December. Here are the important details regarding the NEET Exam 2019 application process.
NEET 2019 Exam – Last Date Today for Online Application
The last date to fill the application form for the NEET Exam 2019 is today i.e 7th December 2018. The candidates who haven’t filled the application form for the National Eligibility cum Entrance test yet are advised to fill the form today. After today, there will be no chance given to fill the application form and the link to fill the application form will be disabled. Here are the simple steps for NEET 2019 registration:
– Visit the official website of NTA nta.ac.in and then click on the NEET 2019 exam
– Now a new page will be open. Here read all the instructions and procedures of filling the application form and then click on Proceed to apply online for NEET UG 2019 at the end of the page
– On the next page fill all the details required and then proceed further. In the same way fill the application form, pay the application fee and submit the form.
NEET UG 2019 Exam – Other Details
The procedure of filling the application form is online and there is no other mode of application. The NTA started the process of filling the application form for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2019 on 1st November 2018 and the last date was 30th November but later on, it was changed to 7th December 2018. The candidates will have to pay the application fee if Rs 1400 (General and OBC) and Rs 750 (SC/ST/PWD/Transgender).
Next month, i.e in January, NTA will start the process of making the correction in the particulars of the application form. The process of making correction will begin on 14th January 2019 and will end on 31st January 2019. After the last date, no corrections will be allowed. The admit cards will be released on 15th April 2019, NEET UG Exam will be held on 5th May 2019 and the result will be declared on 5th June 2019.
