New Honda Amaze – Mileage, Engine & Price – Everything You Should Know

Honda Amaze to surprise the people with inside space on its 2018 Facelift set to launch in the month of May

2018 Honda Amaze Facelift is one car that is expected to drive crazy sales figures for the Japanese automaker. The small hatchback and the compact Sedans are the bread and butter of some major manufacturers due to the numbers in this segment. While the Honda City, and the WR-V might be doing pretty well for the company, it is essentially the Honda Amaze Facelift which will be the most important car for the company.

Contrary to early rumors, the all new Honda Amaze facelift will launch in the month of May instead of April and the dealers are already accepting bookings for as low as 21,000 Rupees. The deliveries are expected to start by the end of May. Amidst all this chaos, the details on the highly anticipated 2018 Honda Amaze Facelift have surfaced enlightening us on what the car will be like.

Honda Amaze May Come With An Automatic On Both Petrol and Diesel Variants

Oh so Toyota isn’t launching a diesel on the Yaris because of the decreasing demands? Well the Honda Amaze Facelift isn’t going that way. Apparently sources reveal there will be a CVT option on both the diesel and petrol variants of the car and that too with pedal shifters behind the steering wheel. This will give the Honda quite a headstart with the Amaze. The two engine options include 1.2-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel.

Coming to the styling, the 2018 Facelift of the Amaze takes design cues from the Honda City thus looking more upmarket than the competition. The rear tail lamps follow suit like the ones found on the WR-V and the heavy use of chrome on the front grille is reminiscent of the City. The new car will also reportedly come with Cruise Control, a feature that only the Volkswagen Ameo offers in the segment. Expect the new Honda Amaze to surprise you with space on the inside with the 2018 Facelift.

2018 Facelift Honda Amaze Price in India and Launch Date

Honda Amaze 2018 Facelift Price in India is expected to be largely the same as the outgoing model with a premium of 20,000-25,000 thousand. The dealers have already started to take booking for the car with an amount of 21,000 Rupees while they believe the deliveries of the Amaze will be made by Honda by the end of May.
