Galaxy A8 and A8+ (2018) have been announced and there is a good possibility that we might get to see these new Samsung phones in India. The Samsung Galaxy A8 and A8+ are the successors to the 2017’s A5 and A7 and offer a lot more in terms of hardware and specifications. The company is hoping big with the duo smart phones which have a lot in common with the flagship S8 and S8+. The A8 and the A8+ have just been announced but a launch early next year is likely for new Samsung phones in India.

What do new Samsung Phones A8 and A8+ get?

Galaxy A8 and A8+ get premium hardware and high end features which suggest that the new Samsung phones in India will be positioned closer to the S8 and S8+. The duo get an all glass and metal finish which justifies a premium design and a bezel-less display to counter the competition from other mid-rangers in the competition. There is a single lens 16MP camera with f/1.7 aperture on the A8 and A8+, and the company not continuing with its mistakes has positioned the fingerprint sensor below the camera unit.

The new India bound Samsung phones get dual front cameras which are a first for the company. The 16MP+8MP combination allows the user to switch the focus live hence blurring the details you want. In addition to this, the A8 and A8+ are also IP68 certified and can take a dive underwater. The main difference between the new Samsung phones in India is that the A8 gets 4GB of RAM with the 5.6-inch 1080p display while the A8+ gets 4GB/6GB RAM with a 6.0-inch screen with the same resolution.

Price and Launch Date of new Samsung Phones in India:

The new Samsung phones are almost certainly coming to India but they have just been announced as of yet. It is rumoured that the A8 and A8+ will launch around January next year and will follow to our country soon. Keeping in mind the specifications, the new Samsung phones in India might be priced higher than most mid-range smartphones with a price tag of 38,000 Rupees.
