HMD Global has launched the Nokia 1 smartphone in the HMD Global press conference in Barcelona. The new Nokia 1 smartphone is the first amongst the Android Oreo (Go Edition) or Android Go smartphones. The biggest highlight of the phone is the Android Oreo Edition. The Android Oreo Go operating system offers the optimised experience for all apps. It comes with a lightweight version of Google Apps.
The second biggest highlight of the new Nokia 1 smartphone is the exchangeable covers. The phone comes with the ability to use Xpress – on two-tone exchangeable covers. The new Nokia 1 smartphone is the most affordable budget smartphone of Nokia and it comes before Nokia 2.
Price of Nokia 1 Android Go Smartphone
The price of the Nokia 1 smartphone with Android Go edition is $85 which is approximately equal to Rs.5500. Well, this is nit the price of Nokia 1 in India. The company has not announced the price of Nokia 1 smartphone for the Indian market. Well, the phone will go on sale from starting April. The price of Xpress-on covers is $7.99 which is approximately equal to Rs.520. The covers are available in Azure, Pink, Yellow and Grey Colours and the phone will be available from April in Warm Red and Dark Blue colours.
